Robert Frazier

Biography

Robert Frazier is currently earning his master’s degree at Purchase Conservatory, where he studies with Jacque Trussel. His recent engagements include Sarastro in Die Zäuberflöte, the title role in Le Nozze di Figaro, Guglielmo in Così fan tutte, and covering the role of Prince Gremin in the Music Academy’s Eugene Onegin last summer. Other roles include Pandolfe in Cendrillon, King Balthazar in Amahl and the Night Visitors and Marquis de la force in Dialogues of the Carmelites. This past year he premiered a new micro-opera Troubleshooting composed by John Carroll. In 2021, he premiered Brett Wery’s song cycle for change Quarry Songs.
