Biography
Kayla is earning her master’s degree at The Juilliard School, where she studies with Darrell Babidge. She was a finalist in the 22nd Friends of Eastman Opera Competition. She has performed as Dr. Nora Lear, Anthony Davis's titular character in his opera, Lear on the 2nd Floor. Along with the AXIOM Ensemble, she sang as the soprano soloist in Knussen’s Requiem: Songs for Sue.
