Biography
Haley is earning an Advanced Certificate at San Francisco Conservatory, and received her master’s degree at Cleveland Institute of Music (CIM). At CIM, Haley served as Principal Oboe under the batons of Harry Davidson and JoAnn Falletta. She was named a finalist in the 2019 Moores School of Music Concerto Competition.
