Biography
HECTOR PONCE 18, born in San Jose, California, is an undergraduate at Eastman School of Music, where he studies with James VanDemark. At Eastman, Mr. Ponce has performed with the Eastman School Symphony Orchestra and the Eastman Wind Ensemble. Previously, he has served as principal bass of the San Jose Youth Symphony and California All-State Orchestra.
