Biography
ZHIHONG LI ('20) 24, born in Guangzhou, China, is a member of the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Mannes School of Music, studying with Fred Sherry. Mr. Li served as principal cello of the Mannes Orchestra and as a substitute with the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Li has worked with conductors Christoph Eschenbach, Ludovic Morlot, Joann Falletta, and Long Yu.
