Biography
A Santa Barbarian since 2010, Whitney started her career with Four Seasons Resorts before joining the property management software company Appfolio's customer success team. She then joined real estate investment and management company The Paskin Group for nine years of service, where she worked up to the leadership role of People and Development Manager after achieving SHRM-CP certification in 2021.
Originally from Minnesota, Whitney is a summa cum laude graduate of Bemidji State University earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a theatre minor. Additionally, Whitney completed her Human Resources Management certification through Cornell University in 2024.
