Biography
ALECK ROBERT BELCHER 19, raised in Carmel, Indiana, is an undergraduate at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where he studies with Kurt Muroki. In 2015, Mr. Belcher served as assistant principal at the New York String Orchestra Seminar. Mr. Belcher joined the Perlman Music Program in 2016, and attended the Pacific Music Festival in Japan in 2018.
